All chrome and stainless look excellent and attached with newly galvanized connectors. Exterior was rust free and two tone paint is very nice as shown in pictures- repaint 2004. All new brake components including wheel cylinders and rubber hosesmated to a factory Desoto Power Booster System . The Desoto Power Steering assists the turning ofBF Goodrich Silvertown 7.10-15 running on stock steel rims with polished original hubcaps. Even a full spare with factory jack and label is included in a detailed burlap lined trunk.Gas tank and lines are new with 6v fuel pump piped to a newly rebuilt factory carb. Radiator was refreshed and boiled then powder coated in gloss black. All inner fenderwell, headlight buckets shown as new with powder coated gray finish. All cloth wiring and electrical components function as new, powered by a 6 v battery with era correct cutoff switch. The hoses, clamps and fluids are new as of 2018. I changed the hose clamps but originals come with purchase. The 276 Hemi was refreshed with gaskets some years ago prior to my ownership, vehicle starts and idles. I have not driven this vehicle for any great distance in snowy Nebraska,I won't until Spring. A final tune and adjustment is needed before extended driving. Seller to pick up in Omaha, Nebraska.
Original interior is free of smells and stains, slight wear for a 1954, very very presentable. No pitting or cracks in chrome or dash pad. Even the steering wheel has the irradecesent glow of new( no cracks). The headliner is hole free and perfect condition. No mice or any moth holes in this vehicle. The seats sit very nice, 2 small seam splits on front seat pan but minor. All the material is not dry rotted or fraying. The door panels are original and great shape. Factory carpet and jute replaced when seats were cleaned, the floor and seat frames were cleaned and show -0- rust. All glass is original and free of cracks and delamination. Solex Glass.....very clear and green tinted. Windows crank easy and close precisely to avoid road noise. The two cases in trunk have several manuals and extra parts from refreshing.
