1977 Dodge Sportsman Van Turned Into Something Else, Dually Interesting Style

Good day. This auction is for a very interesting vehicle, this is technically a 1977 dodge sportsman van, bought this from a estate sale two months back, long story short, when I bought this, wasn't sure if I was going to have someone help me figure out to fix it up more, or just wasn't sure...was able to find out from the estate sale company, that the guy who owned this was going in there every day to work on it, for about two years straight, and he unfortunately passed away, didn't have family who was willing to come out of town and pick it up or even take what they could choose from his estate. I do have a clear title for it, but there are no keys, and don't know if it runs. The tires look brand new, or close to, but one does have what looks like a tear or something on it, not sure what he was making this into. There is really not much of a roof on it, and don't know what parts are newer or not, don't have much info on this van, sitting outside for a long time, don't know if it ever had a cover, when I bought it there was no cover, don't know the size of the engine, or really specifics on this, buy it for what you think or know, and can do with it.
