1985 Dodge Ram SE 150

Description

Up for your consideration is my 1985 Dodge Ram Royal SE 4x4 . Third owner and this truck came from out west. I have owned him the past 4 years. No rust, rust free, and I haven't driven it in the winter time, we go to Florida during the winters. His body has 126,000 miles and the 1989 rebuilt LA 360 engine has around 30,000 miles on it. In the 4 years on my ownership it has been repainted, dual exhaust put on, cab roof sun visor mounted, truck bed been coated, power wagon hood added, Reese hitch, rocker panels coated with gravel guard, radiator reconditioned and it drives Firestone tires that are like new. This isn't a show truck but it could be. I rate it 9 out of 10. I'm retired and it's my everyday driver. Automatic- P/S-P/W-P/B-tilt-cruise-A/C-(P/Locks (not working). Still can read frame number on the frame rail. Comes with other spare parts and all documentation previously and present. There are only minor issues with him, either a leaking value cover gasket or a front engine seal ( I had two mechanics look at it: 1 states gaskets, 2 states rear main seal.) and a instrument light issue (the cluster doesn't light up, I never drove it at night ). All gauges works and the a/c needs recharged for the air,( first year of ownership I had it recharges with r10 and system worked fine,) has a super heater. Come out and see it, look and/or drive it. Clean looking truck and super nice. It's located in Ada Ohio. I'm getting up in age and would like for someone else to enjoy it. Must take all spare and misc. parts. Also when I purchased him 4 years ago, he had new headliner, carpet, and seat covers. Also when we painted it we took out the side vent windows and had them tinted. Truck was striped down and found only a bee bee size of a hole. Didn't have the driver, or passenger side window, exterior openings painted. What I mean by that is the whole truck was painted except the cab top of the doors where the window openings are.

When I purchased him back in 2012 the previous owner stated that he has a rebuilt 1989 360 roller lifter motor with 14,000 miles. Edelbrock performance manifold with Holly 600 cfm four bbl carb. New power steering pump, radiator, new Mopar vacuum advance distributor. Also new ball joints, tie rod ends, steering drag link, power steering hoses, new differential, new torque converter. New 4wd vacuum hoses that connect transfer case value to front differential vacuum motor. Front hubs are auto locking, no getting out. Stock 3:20-1 gear ratios. I have all documentation that the precious owner sent me on that.
