FIRST OFFTHIS CAR IS A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING TO SAY THE LEAST!
BIG MUSCLE HIDING BEHIND DOG DISH HUB CAPS.
I AM EXTREMELY RELUCTANT TO LET IT GO. THIS CAR WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE SOLD AND THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I HAVE EVER CONSIDERED SELLING IT OR LISTING IT FOR SALE.
CLEAR, CLEAN INDIANA TITLE IN MY NAME. LICENSED AND INSURED TO ME.

THIS ISNOTAN ACTUAL "GRAND SPAULDING DART", HOWEVER I A MEMBER OF THE MR. NORM SPORT CLUB AND I ENJOY THE CONVERSATIONS THAT THE ORIGINAL CLUB BADGING ON THIS CAR STIRS UP AT CAR SHOWS.
THIS IS SIMPLY A RECREATION KEEPING WITH THE TRADITION OF THE "SATURDAY NIGHT STREET RACERS AND SUNDAY MORNING GROCERY GETTERS" OR "STOP LIGHT-TO-STOP LIGHT TERRORS" AS THEY WERE AFFECTIONATELY KNOWN.
YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO HEAR THIS CAR RUN AND DRIVE IT TO REALLY APPRECIATE IT.
THE CAR:
STARTED OUT LIFE AS A STRAIGHT, SOLID, 2 OWNER 1968 DART GT, PS, A/C 318 CAR WITH LOW ORIGINAL MILES. NEVER BUTCHERED OR ABUSED.FOUND AND SAVED AFTER BEING FORGOTTEN.
WAS A FACTORY DARK RED CAR W/ BLACK TOP AND HORIZONTAL BODY MOLDINGS (SEE PIC).
WESTERN CAR ALL OF ITS LIFE UNTIL I BROUGHT IT TO INDIANA. VERY, VERY, VERY SOLID BODY.
NEVER ANY FLOOR ROT ANYWHERE. SUB FRAME AND TRUNK PAN HAVE NEVER SEEN RUST DAMAGE.
BODY:
BODY IS EXTREMELY ROCK SOLID!! HAS VERY, VERY MINIMAL FILLER ANYWHERE ON THE CAR. MAYBE JUST A SMALL SKIM SPOT OR TWO ON THE VERY LOWER ROCKERS BUT I WOULD HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT TO SHOW YOU. CAR DOES HAVE A MINOR DING HERE OR THERE FROM BEING DRIVEN AS WELL AS A SCRATCH OR 2 IN VARIOUS PLACES AND A CRACK IN THE PAINT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT FENDER (AS SHOWN) FROM A "BUMP" AT ONE TIME IN ITS PAST AFTER PAINT. NOT REALLY NOTICEABLE RIGHT AWAY BUT NOTEWORTHY AND SHOWN IN VIDEO.
FULL FRAME CAR (SUMMIT FRAME CONNECTORS INSTALLED)
PAINT IS VERY NICE, WAXES NICELY, SHOWS WELL BUT IS "DRIVER" QUALITY. I STRESS THAT BECAUSE IT IS NOT A 100% PERFECT, FLAWLESS PAINT JOB. I TRIED TO POINT OUT A FEW IMPERFECTIONS IN THE VIDEO.
INTERIOR:
FACTORY A/C AND CONSOLE CAR. INTERIOR WAS ALL RESTORED USING YEAR ONE PRODUCTS. SEAT FOAMS ARE ALL NEW. SPRINGS REPAIRED WHEN NEEDED. INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL AND EXCELLENT MINUS A FEW HEADLINER HOLES UNDER/AROUND THE VISOR AREA. ALL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR LIGHTS WORK. EVEN THE FENDER TOPSIGNALSANDMARKERS. HEATER BOX WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT AS WELL AND THE CAR HAS EXCELLENT HEAT. WIPERS WORK TOO.
ANY SURFACE RUST ON INSIDE OF FLOOR PAN WAS REMOVED AND TREATED WITH POR RUST PROOFER AND FLOORS WERE COVERED WITH FOIL INSULATION PRIOR TO CARPET INSTALLATION.
ALL STOCK GAUGES (BESIDES SPEEDO) WORK GREAT. NEW FUEL SENDING UNIT AND GAUGE. AFTERMARKET TRIPLE GAUGES (TEMP/OIL/TACH). STRONG OIL PRESSURE, 190-200 TEMP ALL DAY LONG.
REAR END:
8.75 WITH 5 X 4 1/2" BOLT PATTERN, 30 SPLINE AXLES, GREEN BEARINGS AND ALL NEW BRAKE HARDWARE.
VERY FRESH (LESS THAN 500 Miles) #742 BIG YOKE DIFF. WITH RICHMOND 4:10 RING GEAR AND 10 SPLINE PINION. MOPAR PERFORMANCE SURE GRIP ALL NEW AS WELL.
