No this truck did not come factory with a cummins diesel the truck has been convertedengine came out of a newer truck.This truck is a beast I pulled a 14000 lb 5th wheel camper with no problems this is a beast of a truck!!The top of the truck was lightly wet sanded and clear coated for that patina look. The paint looks to be mostly original appears this truck must have spent most of its life parked in a garage. Nearly rust free!!!!

As you can see in the pictures the truck is almost rust free. There is a little rust inside cab in the top part other than that it is nearly rust free ! Fly in and drive this one home!!
Just a few notes on truck not all the gauges work . Front passenger Power window needs fixed. Also front end has a shake around 40 miles per hour after that goes away may be a tire or ball joint wear not sure. I would love To finish Restoring this truck just do not have the time right now.. Interior looks to be original and very worn. Mileage stated is on engine. Truck has around 120,000 miles transmission had about 10k on rebuild NO RESERVE!!!!

Also the transmission is FRESHLY REBUILT ! It's a NV4500 one of the best!
One other thing the truck has a SUPER S300 Turbo with only about 10k miles on it!!!! Barely used !!!
It also has a NEW GRILL AND LED HEADLIGHTS.
THE ORIGINAL GRILL HEADLIGHTS AND INSTRUMENT BEZEL GO WITH THE TRUCK.

Just noticed on the vehicle check on the listing truck spent most of its life in Indiana and Ohio. The truck must have been in a garage most all the time as clean as it is!!!!!!! Also looking at condition of truck and mileage history on vehicle check 120k on Miles makes sense. Instrument cluster has been changed one in it reads more miles but it came out of another truck.
