Description

This is what happens when there's $60k in your vintage mopar, and your job relocates overseas!

There's a lot of nice detail in this build, so please see my youtube 4K videos of Interior, Undercarriage, Drive and walk around! -------Input "Marx 72 Dodge Challenger"

Under the hood is a genuine 70 340 small block (see casting pix) and torque flight transmission with power steering and power (front disk) brakes. Naturally it has the center console and the gauge pack in-dash that we all want in a mopar. All this rolls18/20 Boyd Coddington rolling stock wrapped in G-Force Sport Comp-2 BF Goodrich with tons of profile remaining.

This challenger benefited from a full rotisserie restoration. The complete body was disassembled prepped and painted on a rotisserie as you can see from the photos. The underside, trunk, and engine bay were painted at the same time as the rest of the body. All suspension components were replaced with new or rebuilt parts. The 318 engine was upgraded to a 340 CI engine which was fully rebuilt with a mild cam. The transmission and rear was rebuilt as well. All new shocks, lines, brakes, and correct dual exhaust was installed. The interior was redone at a cost of $20,000. The bumpers were chrome plated and many OEM parts were used during the restoration. A lot of attention to detail was taken during restoration process and it certainly shows. Some I have had many scary fast cars. This is a smooth easy driving classic. I'mobsessive about paint. If I kept her I would have the chips in the door jam resprayed. They're not visible when closed. That's it. Top to bottom she's smooth and clean. She's 45 years old,but was reborn just a few years ago, and is even better than new. Look at the undercarriage andwheel wells! She is clean!

If you follow the market you see that dealers are snatching up challengers and setting new heights in mopar pricing. Just click "for sale by" and you'll see they own 80 percent of the Challengers oneBay. I'm not a dealer. There's a lot of headroom in this car at this low price. If I had more time, I'd list this car in the upper $30k's, but thewhole family is moving to Europe. So here she is priced for a brisk sale.

First $26950.00 takes her. No offers.Read and honor eBay'spayment terms for this listing. Any Inspections/questions must all meet your satisfaction BEFORE youclick BUY NOW. I just don't have the time! For sale locally. Prompt pick up. please. Could be sold at any time.

She has a clean title.
