1965 DODGE D 100 SWEPTLINE

Description

1965 Dodge D 100 "Custom" 8 foot Sweptline pickup truck.
Excellent running 360 V8 that supposedly has low miles on a rebuild. Has headers with dual exhaust,Edelbrock intake and carb. I believe that it has aftermarket camshaft,too....runs excellent
Has automatic transmission....reverse only, no forward gears...so you can't drive it home unless you are good at backing up...Also, the brakes currently aren't working, but I believe that they would if fluid was added and they were bled. Has been sitting for a few years. Has good tires, but wheels aren't a matched set.
Has a pretty good body. Right fender is dented. Hood is from a newer truck, but damaged original with the correct trim is included. I do have the headlight bezels, but they are dented. Does have patched floorpans and the rocker panels have rust....Way better than you guys in the East are used to...truck isn't a rot box. Tailgate is dented, but at least it has one...
Has good headliner, and relatively new windshield. No floormat. Will need window regulator for left door replaced, but I will include one.
Fun truck to drive as is once the transmission and brakes are fixed, or a good one to restore. I have too many projects or this one would be a keeper. Pretty unusual to see a 65 with a big back window, too. Paint isn't shiny, but that just adds to the "cool" truck or the sort a rat rod look!
