1970 Dodge Challenger R/T Convertible tribute.
Red body with black power convertible top with glass rear window and black boot.
Black interior. 383 Magnum motor, 727 automatic trans, power top, power brakes, power steering, A/C, console, rallye dash with 150 mph speedo, bucket seats, original AM/FM radio, air shocks, Magnum 500 wheels.
NO RUST, all original sheet metal, solid floor pans and trunk floor. There is some surface paint flakes on the under side of the rear quarters behind the wheel wells. You have to bend down and look underneath to see it.
The car has always been garage kept. The car body was acid dipped during the older professional restoration. It still has the bias ply tires.
Good glass all the way around, windows roll up and down smoothly.
Seats are in excellent condition.
Chrome is excellent. 1 ding in rear chrome by trunk lid.
The dash pad is perfect, no cracks. Interior panels are in very good condition. Paint is good. Carpet is good.
This is an excellent driver and with a little TLC would make a really nice show car.
I’ve owned the car for 20+ years. It has been stored in a heated garage for many years. Occasionally started and driven up and down the driveway. I am 70 years old and selling my convertible because I lost my right leg above the knee a few years ago and can’t drive anymore. It just sits in the garage. It’s time for someone else to have fun.
All questions ask before auction end. I will respond daily to all questions. The car is sold as is, no warranties or guaranties expressed, written or implied.
