Selling for a friend of mine near Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a factory R6 Red G-code 1969 383-2V Dodge Charger. Came from the factory with a black interior and a black vinyl top. Some other notable options include, console automatic with bucket seats, 10 inch power drum brakes (converted over to manual drum brakes now), AC, power steering, AM radio, light package with hood turn signal indicators and a passenger's side chrome mirror (very rare option in 1969). The original fender tag is still on the car. Dash VIN# plate is there and in good shape. Trunk rain gutter VIN# is still on the car. The original top bar of the radiator support was cut out of the car. We have the VIN# section for it though. It will need to be put back in with another radiator support. The original 1969 383 big block k-frame in the car has been cut on. A decent original replacement, out of another 1969 Charger is included with the car. Car still retains it's original 8 3/4 dog leg rear end in back. Gears are probably 323's in the rear end. We didn't look though. The car does come with a 100% clean and clear Oklahoma title. The car does roll fine with no issues at all. The original steering column is missing as you can see. The wheels and tires you see here, are the ones that go with the car. They don't match of course. They are just rollers, so that doesn't really matter. This car has lived in Oklahoma for many many years. The frame rails are really nice on the underside of it, with the original paint still on them in a lot of places. The undercoating covers most of the original R6 Red paint up on the frame rails. This car came out of a private Oklahoma salvage yard, out in the woods many years ago and took some damage getting out of the tight spot it was in. Most of the dents came from it's time in the salvage yard. A tree limb fell on the roof and put a big dent in it. A grass fire came into the salvage yard years ago and melted the grille up front and tail lights in back, plus the side marker lights as well. Car needs new floors, a new full trunk and new quarter panels installed on both sides. In my opinion, both original doors and both original fenders are workable. The white bucket seats you see in the car, are out of a 1969 C-body and are obviously not the correct B-body ones a 1969 Dodge Charger should have. They are in okay shape. Not the best though. The blue backseat you see in the car, is the original backseat out of my B7 Blue 1969 R/T SE Charger. It's nothing great and has lots of rust, but it does go with the car. Most of the stainless trim on the car is in good shape and very workable.
The original 1969 E383-2V engine and matching BB 727 automatic transmission were yanked from the car many years ago and are long gone. We have no idea where they're at currently. The hood on the car currently is decent, except the backside of it is rotted out from someone leaving it laying the ground. The deck lid is decent, but does have some rust out on the very back lip like some do. The hood and deck lid are not original to the car. The car comes with with a workable front valance off of a 1968 Dodge Charger. Car is sold as is where is. This 1969 Dodge Charger is a total project car. It has rust here and there plus many dents, but is a fairly solid Oklahoma car. It should be a good starting point for a muscle car project car for somebody out there though.
