1951 Dodge Cabover COE 1 1/2 Ton Truck
Description
Thought I'd start with a Youtube video of the cabover drivinghttps://youtu.be/OfF7KAtsSaoHere's another video from a distance going through the gears https://youtu.be/yJ3bUvTV8zY I'm auctioning my 1951 Dodge Cabover with a clean title. I was considering putting it on a late model chassis with a Cummins diesel but it's just too nice and original. This cabover is in amazing condition and is 99.9% rust free. The pictures should speak for themselves, however, if you need any others you're welcome to contact me for more. I've driven the COE around town several times and it gets tons on attention. It shifts super smooth. Steering is super tight with no wandering. Only thing I've noticed is when I brake hard the truck pulls to the right so I think the left drum needs adjustment. It has a 2 speed rear axle that works perfect. I bought 6 new tires and just had them installed. The interior is amazing. The rubber floor mat is original from 1951 and reflects the easy life this cabover has had. It's extremely hard if not impossible to find a cabover in this condition. All the glass is in great condition and all the window felts are present and very nice in the door channels. You can see in the pictures that there's no rust on the door bottoms or back of cab. This cabover is turn key. The cabover is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction early it sells. You're welcome to message me with any questions you may have.
