Description

Up for auction is a 1969 Dodge Charger that is a nice project car. The car wears all of its original paint with the exception of the right front fender. Car has been located in Montana and Wyoming its whole life. Clean title, No Fender Tag, core support and trunk lip both match vin.
Exterior
This car spent most of its life sitting after a small fender bender and was used sparingly as a parts car. The original paint hides nothing and the cars shows it misc dents, dings, and scratches. Far from perfect sheet metal but allsalvageable. The worst of the exterior damage is on the pass front fender, the driver rear quarter panel, and rust around wheel wells. The vinyl top was removed to prevent corrosion and roof painted black. There are small holes in the sail panel area that were filled with sealant to prevent water from getting into car. There is also one small pin hole towards the front of the roof. The car appears to have been bumped in the right rear quarter panel. The tail light panel had a small area missing when I bought the car so it was replaced with a section from another Charger. It is tack welded in place and fits very nice. The trunk floor will need to be replaced along with rear valance. The grill appears to be complete but will need work. It is damaged in the center and missing the center trim piece. Front bumper is twisted. Front edge of hood has some minor dents and so does edge of deck lid. Driver Front fender has some bondo but issalvageable. Please look at the pics as I tried to capture all these areas.
Interior
Door panels, front seats, and seat belts are missing along with some other minor misc pieces. All windows and regulators remain in place. Rear seat is in place. Some of the missing pieces are included loose but they are not in great condition. I'd say all the parts missing from the interior are still readily available. Floors were replaced and painted with POR 15. All seat brackets, console bracket, and seat belt holes were put back in place. Included are misc console pieces, dash gauges, and so forth. I's sure that steering column is wrong for this car. Dash is likely missing some pieces as well. Photos show both top and bottom of floors.
Chassis
Frame is solid and shows no collision damage. Id say it is in pretty good shape. I did find one small hole on the front section that appears to be from welding in the floor pans. I'll repair that area before the auction ends. (It can be seen in the photos). Rear end is 8 3/4 with ???? gears. Appears to be mostly complete.
Misc
The car has a new windshield that is just sitting in place, comes with new rear valance and trunk extensions. There is also extra trim that is in pretty good shape. I'm sure that trim is for 68 - 70 chargers. I believe that all the wiring harnesses are present but not sure of there condition or if all of them were from this car. Car has no motor, trans or drive line.
Car is a good place to start for a project or use for parts on another car. I bought the car because it was solid and I had many misc parts to begin putting back together. I tried to list all of the bad areas so there are no surprises. Please ask questions and come inspect if able to do so. I can forward additional photos if necessary. Thanks
