Here’s a chance to own a rare piece of fire truck history.Model UF 3, rated as a 1 ½ ton.Fully loaded with hoses, nozzles, axes, fire extinguishers, water tank, original hand crank air siren functional, ect:Runs and drives very well. While it’s not functioning for active duty it is ready for all car shows, parades, corporate events, ect: Weather you’re a fire truck enthusiast, family or company looking to have some fun and draw some attention this is the truck for you. the original 196 CI, 4 Cyl Engine, 3 5/8 x 4 ¾ stroke and displacement of 196.1 cu. I, 4 Speed Transmission. The odometer show 5636 miles, the miles on the title are exempt due to age. While we are not 100% trusting the integrity of what the odometer shows, in our experience with these old firetrucks many of them have very low miles due to the nature of their purpose. So even though the title reads exempt we believe it to be a low miles truck regardless to what the odometer displays.

Dodge introduced a one and half-ton pickup for 1929 just after its acquisition by Chrysler, the last truck designed by the old Dodge Brothers company. Three engines were available - two Dodge engines with six cylinders (63 and 78 hp), and a Maxwell four cylinder that produced 45 hp (more than the old Dodge Fours). The trucks had four wheel hydraulic brakes, a significant safety feature unique to Chrysler-built pickups, and standard across Chrysler Corporation vehicles.
