Up for sale here is a very rare 1977 Dodge Aspen RT w T-Bar (T-Tops) Roof. Mopar only built around 500 RT's and even less with T-Bar roof option. Car also is optioned with, fold down rear seat, air conditioning that works, cruise control (needs diaphram), sport interior with wood grain package, bucket seats, AM/FM 8 Track, Automatic 727 trans, 8.25" 3:23 Posi rear, 360 CID 2bbl, Power Steering, Power brakes, new BF Goodrich Tires. Car has approx 90,000 miles. Engine & Trans are numbers matching, car has never been hit. Car was repainted approx. 8-10 years ago by the previous owner. Another important fact is that this is a rust & rot free Texas car. This car is a unrestored driver however if you are looking for a car to restore to perfect, this one is the ideal candidate. Other than some small areas of real minor surface rust and dings, this car does not need any rot repair whatsoever. F Body mopars that are not rotted are very difficult to find. The car needs some maintenance as it has not been driven much over the last 5 years. Parts are available and not stupid expensive, just needs someone to put in some time. It could use a bushing rebuild on the front end, a front main seal on the transmission as it drips, a new heater core, diaphram for cruise control. Interior is original and in good shape for it's age. Driver side seat belt needs the lap belt replaced, package tray and headliner are faded, T Top glass does have cracks but glass is complete.
