Description

So I'm relisting, as I was working and didn't ck late in auction for offers that were presented and I blew it. My mistake... . A very nice 1965 Coronet 500 Hardtop. 383, Hemi hood scoop,727 trans.(old cable type trans that's desirable) and a 8 3/4' rear diff. 383 has a rebuilt Holley 850 cfm carb., nice cam and 10.0-1 compression, Mopar Performance M1 intake manifold, and runs well. Polished Mopar valve covers, electronic ignition, K&N Airfilter that is serviceable. Transmission just serviced, Differential just serviced. Has front disc brakes, with new brake hoses, andbrake fluid change. Has a very straight body and is a California car all ofit's life. All original and straight sheet metal. This car is so clean and rust free...it's a great car to start with. It was primered, because the originalpaint in places was so worn thin, that, surface rust began to appear. removed surface rust and primed and stored indoors since. You could paint as-is and be pretty darn nice. Car hasn't been wrecked, everything opens and closes easily and nicely. Original, uncut dash, is unmolested and complete(including original stereo). The heater does not work, nor does the fuel gauge. Front seat upholstery holding up well, but old. Rear seat has a few cracks in it, and needs the headliner redone. Center console in pretty good shape and is complete. Interior lights all work. Carpet faded and needs replacement. Super complete car. The floors are not undercoated and are clean and rust free and not hidden with undercoat. The trunk is original and only has very light surface rust from moisture under the original vinyl trunk mat. Even the trunk mat is original and in untorn condition. spare tire, and jack all there. No rust in inner quarter panels and are pristine. Rockers, quarterinner fenderwells all ingreat condition. Lower rt fenderneeds aapprox. 2"x2" repair at lower fender area...see picture(easily repairable). Other than that a rust-free car in incredible shape. Gas tank is refurbished and excellent. Sender unit new, although fuel gauge is inop. Has old Mopar 15 inch steel wheels with Hurst Racing front runner tires(in excellent/show condition), with rear bias plyes as well. Original radiator is recored and runs cool.Have a set of door weatherstrips for the car. Power steering works smoothly. What else can I say? It's such a straight car! You'll be pleasantly surprised if you've been looking for a nice old B-Body. Anyways; best of luck, ask questions please, and God Bless America!
