Description

This is a rare 1970 charger gator top car (V1G code) it is one of only 356 xh chargers made with the gator top. I have a mint build sheet and trim tag and all body numbers match. This was a 318 bench seat automatic on the column, and I have all numbers matching drivetrain. Car was optioned with power steerin, power brake, a/, tinted glass, am/fm with the gator top . Build sheet indicates this was a customer ordered car. This charger was stored since 1985. It retains all of its original exterior body panels including rear quarters and has zero rust around rear window or roof. It had some rust underneath from sitting so i had a one piece floor pan installed and a new cross member In the rear we installed a one piece trunk pa, with trunk drop off, rear quarter exstensions and the rear of rear frame rails. Rear valance and rear corners were replaced to install trunk floor . This charger also still has its untouched and original dash with perfect wiring and original radio . all glass is original and in great shape . new parts include New rims and tires, new rear bumper, new leaf springs, new spring mounts, and a fresh 8 3/4 with a 355 posi and a 489 case. I have all of the original interior as seen in pic, all original drivetrain with radiator and AC part, the hood is nice except for the rust hole by the latch seen in pics .
