It's time for me to sell my project car. I have been working on this 1g AWD Talon since college and I put a lot of time and money getting it to where it is today. As you can tell, I focused on restoring the functional components of the car first, and I haven't gotten as far as I wanted to on the body. If cosmetics are important to you, some time will need to be invested in restoring the body components (some rust removal (see pictures), new paint, etc.)
The engine has been rebuilt and only has a couple of miles on it from tuning the software. The front suspension has been sand blasted and wearable parts have been replaced (I did not get to rear suspension yet). The interior has new carpet, race seats, and new headliner.
This is the perfect car for someone looking for a jump start on a new project. However, this car will run great with more ECM tuning and an alignment. I would not recommend driving the car until it's fully tuned. I have about $9000 in parts into this car, but I'm not looking to get all of that money back, so I'm going to start at $8000 obo.
