In 1983, Ferrari introduced the quattrovalvole model, so named because the 2.9 liter V8 now had 4 valves per cylinder. This was an important upgrade because it gave the 308 back the horspower it lost to emission standards in previous years, but now with the added reliability of K-jet injection. The QV is considerd the 2nd most collectible version of the the 308 (next to the fiberglass GTB, of which only 1000 were made).

As far as condition, this targa-topped GTS is very, very nice inside and out. The Rosso Corsa paint shines like new all around, and there are no body defects on the car. The interior is also very impressive with no holes or tears in the seats, no sign of wear and tear. This car has air conditioning, and an Alpine AM/FM/CD Stereo and speakers have been added.The Carfax report is clean. It goes back to 2005 and shows ownersip in Arizona and Florida during that time.
