1981 Fiat 2000 spider convertible

Description

This is a clean 1981 Fiat Spider, with many new parts. Great car, but I have lost interest. It will need a fuel injection computer. This is, I believe, the first year of fuel injection for Fiat. Starts and runs on starting fluid. Ran great until the computer died. Many new or replacement parts as follows..
Rebuilt 5 speed transmissionNew exhaust systemNew front calipers and pads

Flaws
The original key was replaced with an aftermarket key, although all of the original keys will be includedThe rear trunk lid looks like acid was spilled on it and will need paint or buffingThe AC is all there, although I have never used it and do not know if it works.There is some minor cracking on the seats (see pics)
The center console has some cracking, revealing the foam underneath
The top is in nice shape, but has some stitching separation
The radio/cassette deck was removedThe clock stopped working
