This 1981 Fiat Spider 2000 is powered by a 2.0-liter DOHC inline-four mated to a five-speed manual transmission and is finished in Smoke Gray Metallic with a tan soft top over a tan vinyl interior. It is equipped with power windows and an aftermarket MP3 receiver, and service since the seller’s purchase reportedly included the replacement of the ignition switch relay, steering center link, and tie rod assembly. This Spider was acquired by the seller out of California in 2017 and is now offered with service records and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
The exterior was reportedly repainted in its original Smoke Gray Metallic by the previous owner and features a manually operated tan fabric top, body-side moldings, dual side mirrors, and an aftermarket antenna. A replacement windshield washer pump, headlights, and taillight-to-body gaskets were reportedly installed during current ownership. Speedline 13″ “Iron Cross” alloy wheels are fitted with Kumho Solus TA11 tires up front and Primewell PS850 tires at the rear. The brake master cylinder, rotors, calipers, and flexible hoses were reportedly replaced by the seller in 2019, as were the steering center link and tie rod assembly in 2018.
The interior is upholstered in tan vinyl with matching carpets and a wood-trimmed dashboard, along with black upper and lower dash pads. Power windows were optioned, and an MP3 head unit with USB and memory card inputs has been added.

The Ferrero steering wheel fronts factory instrumentation including an 85-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. The six-digit odometer shows just under 123k miles, approximately 1k of which were added by the seller.
The 2.0L twin-cam inline-four is equipped with Bosch L-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 102 horsepower. Recent maintenance is said to have included the installation of a rebuilt Magneti Marelli starter and an ignition switch relay kit from Auto Ricambi, along with an oil service. The timing belt was reportedly replaced by the previous owner in 2017.
