Description

Up for auction is a toy that I built from "NOTHING". It started off as an idea for a hot rod coupe since at the time, really nice all steel coupe bodies were way out of my price range. Then one day I saw some really sharp body lines on a newer car at the junk yard and decided to draw up some ideas.
This creation is more or less parts of 129 different cars. The age range for the parts are from 1921 to 2010. Makes and models are Ford, GM, Dodge, Mercedes, Mazda, Toyota, Honda, and even Harley Davidson. This is a Steel car and NOT fiberglass, or a total bondo sculpture. I can attach a fridge magnet anywhere on the body.
I have roughly 3 lbs. of receipts for this car and that was just from when I was actually trying to keep a tab of what I was spending.
I have driven this car exactly 3 times total.
The cars 1947 Tudor sedan title came with a frame, and chopped off roof off of a 4 dr sedan.
A list of some of the stuff on this car are as follows:
***429 Ford DOVE block and heads
***Biggest CAM I could get In it that would run on pump gas(has never seen pump gas though 110)
***noisy gear to gear timing set
***msd electronic ignition(no points)
***rear sump oil pan
***modified weiand high rise dual quad intake manifold
***electric water pump
***ELECTRIC STEERING ASSIST(adjustable)
***Ultra custom hand made headers with removable mufflersbaffles(street legal in Ohio)
***dual vintage holley 4150 450cfm carbs
***Custom side saddle dual holley carb linkage
***Ford C6 transmission
***4 wheel disc brakes (front chevy, rear ford)
***Ford 9 inch possi with 3.25 gears(road gear)
***COMPLETELY CUSTOM STEERING COLUMN
***Electric fuel pump
***Electric fan
***completely custom rolled long seats
***the frame has been boxed and heavily fortified
***both doors have inside handles and open and close(not a dukes of hazard car
***Not really sure how heavy the car is, but I think it is too light in rear to even hook up.
***4 link fully adjustable rear suspension
***This car has never really been seen or photographed
***the car was built by a mechanic and made to be worked on as easily as possible. It is not one of those cars ***that someone welded the body to the frame because it looked cool.
now to the flaws:
***speedometer needs cable
***the shifter linkage needs adjusted to go all the way into park(it hovers right at the line between park and reverse) It cat but done by hand but it's annoying
***fuel gauge works, just not hooked up to gauge
***the manual windshield wiper is there more for looks and the adhere to laws than function
***I am 6 foot 4 and these seats are set for me and will need modified for anyone shorter than me.
***The car will need a 4 wheel alignment, but it is built fully adjustable.
***no cup holder
***The fan, fuel pump, are set up on toggle switches
***the steering is chain and gear in the column so be aware.
***no E-brake
Thats about it. I am selling it because as long as it is there, I have no desire to move on to any of my next projects. It has gotten to the point that it is actually hurting my ambitions, so it is time to let someone else enjoy it. This car was "MADE", not modified. If you started with a car, then it is modified. This car was an idea that evolved into a running driving car. If you buy this car and someone looks at it and says "my friend has one just like that", you are officially allowed to call that person a moron in front of all his friends and yours. This car is 1 OF 1.
I recommend anyone interested in bidding on this to come check it out in person before bidding or purchasing it. No joy rides. This vehicle is local pick up only. If you are interested in viewing the car, message me and we can set up a time.
