1992 f150 flareside 4x4
Description
Thanks for taking the time to look at and possibly bid on my truck. This is an 1992 f150 flareside 4x4 with 164,000 one owner miles on it. It has had two titled owners but has not had any miles other than to and from the shop put on it by the second owner. The truck was parked for 4 years prior to me buying it. It was owned by an airlines mechanic prior to my purchase of it who bought it off of the dealer lot brand new. It has a dealer opted 4" Rancho long arm lift with the full suspension relocation bracket kit and has newer (about 2 years worth of driving) shocks. It has from the factory the heavy duty quad shock front end. The replacement shocks are Rancho RSX5000 shocks...yes, all 6 of them. It also has (also with about 2 years worth of driving on them all new u joints. I have gone through the remainder of the suspension and steering. A *new* parts list is at the bottom of this listing. The truck has a very nice shifting e4od automatic transmission, a great running 351, push button 4x4 (yes the 4x4 works great), manual lock outs, ac, pw, pm, power lumbar bench seat (one little 1" tear on the drivers side seat bottom...but very little wear otherwise), cruise, rear (factory tinted) slider window, 3.55 limited slip differentials, 4 wheel abs, pl, abs, trailer tow package, and xlt trim. Nice condition Alcoa 1994 f150 wheels to replace the ugly 1992 aftermarket wheels. It was rust under coated when it was new, so other than some surface rust, the undercarriage is in great shape. The rockers, fenders and cab corners have rust, but all easily repairable. The box is great, just the normal clear coat issue on the top of the flares. The tailgate lower seam is rough, but come with a "b" grade (3 smaller dents) rust free tail gate. The following work and parts is almost all receipted, and leaves very little mechanically to go wrong on the truck.

Things that still need attention, the windshield is cracked, the interior (though in great shape) could use a cleaning, post cat exhaust, tires (left to the new owner so that you can pick what size and type you like), the passenger door window track needs adjusting, and there is no door key. I would guess that all of this would likely cost around $1300, and you would only have aesthetics left. I cannot say that I have not missed anything good or bad, but I don't think I've missed much if anything. The rest may either be done via wire transfer, or cash in person within 3 days of auction end. Once the truck has been paid in full, the title will be mailed off immediately or handed over if the truck is picked up by buyer. I will neither assume any of the costs, nor the liability for shipping the truck. I will however, be very flexible when it comes to helping get the truck shipped, if that is your choice.
