Up for bids is my 1994 Mustang GT. I bought this car about September of last year because I have always wanted a 5.0 Mustang. After I bought it I did a complete tune-up consisting of Motorcraft spark plugs,O2 sensors, fuel filter,Ford Racing 9mm wires, performance ignition coil and Taylor distributor cap and rotor. Also high temp heater and radiator hoses.
I also had a complete exhaust system consisting of BBK shorty headers, BBK off road H-pipe and flowmaster super 40 mufflers and tailpipes. I also has the air injection pump systemremoved along with the egr valve. The car has a new set of Cobra R wheels and Sumitomo tires also. I have the stock wheels that were on the car also available for local pick up if the car sells locally. I have also changed the fluid in the transmission and the rear end. Otherwise the engine is all stock. Transmission shifts proper and smooth thru all the gears. It has a Pro 5.0 power tower short throw shifter I recently installed when I serviced the transmission
The car has 125'xxx miles on it. When I first got it the speedo would jump up and down at times and finally one day it went all the way over and never moved again so the odometer has stopped turning. I removed the cluster and reset the needle and then replaced the VSS sensor in the tail of the transmission but that didn't fix the issue. I believe the problem to be in the speedo part of the cluster itself which is common on the cars. I haven't replaced it as that will change the miles on the dash so I will leave it for the next owner to decide on. I haven't put more than 200 miles on it since it stopped turning. The airbag light comes on intermittently but both airbags are present and not removed.
The A/C works however it has a small leak in the Schrader valve on the low pressure side I think and the rear main is just starting to weep a little on the oil pan, not even enough to drip on the floor of my garage. Again another common trait of the 5.0's I'm told. Overall the car is in great shape inside and out. The driver seat has a small area on the bolster where it has fraid from people's backsides rubbing it as they enter the car and on the passenger side below the rear window the paint is lightly oxidized. I tried to buff it out when I waxed the rest of the car to no avail.
