Description

Hi all, I have to sell my baby. I have a ton of blood, sweat, tears, and money (just over $30k, not counting labor) wrapped up in this. I simply don't drive it and I'm tired of feeling guilty every time I walk by it for not driving it.

I originally bought this out of California. It is rust free and no body rot anyplace. I built this to be a rock crawler that I could drive to the trail. Everything I did to this was "high end". I didn't cut any corners so you won't be disappointed. Everything has about 4k miles on it. Below is a list of most things I've done to it. Literally, every bolt has been touched or replaced.

You won't be disappointed. You can cruise down the highway at 70 mph with no problem. Brakes work perfectly and the power steering you can use with one finger. The only thing left it could use is a paint job. Reach out to me via email and I'll take any pictures you want and answer any questions you might have. Also, if you arrange for a shipper, I'll what ever you need to get it on their truck.

Here's most of what I've done:

  • New ignition switch, lock cylinders, headlight switch, dimmer switch, turn signal switch

  • Radiator professionally cleaned and rebuilt, new radiator hoses, heater hoses, and radiator brackets

  • Door hinges rebuilt

  • New Centech body harness and ignition switch harness

  • New NV4500 (5-speed manual) from Advanced Adapters

  • Atlas II transfercase from Advance Adapters

  • Centerforce II clutch

  • New high angle drive shafts (front and rear)

  • IDIDIT tilt steering column and Grant steering wheel

  • Flaming River steering column joints

  • West Coast Broncos power steering kit

  • Rebuilt D44 front axles with new seals, bearings, Warn hub locks, braided brake lines, F-150 tie rod conversion, new bumpstops, new bushings, new trackbar, heavy duty D44 axles, F-150 heavy duty knuckles/spindles, new ball joints, and new rotors/calipers/pads

  • Rebuilt Ford 9” rear axles. New wheel cylinders/brake shoes/drums, braided steel brake lines, new axle seals/bearings and pinion seals/gaskets.

  • BC Broncos power brake kit with new vacuum assist and master cylinder. Also, new brake lines and adjustable proportioning valve.

  • 1993 Mustang GT 5.0 transplant. Bored .030” over. Ported and polished. Rebuilt by Dave Hiatte Machine Shop in Clovis, CA.

    • New 3G high output alternator

    • New plugs, wires, and rebuilt distributor

    • Wild Horses titanium shorty headers

    • New accelerator cable, speedometer cable, and VSS sensor (Wild Horses)

    • New O2 sensors, thermostat, and water pump

    • New engine wiring harness

  • Rebuilt heater box with all new gaskets, new high volume blower motor/cage, and heater core

  • 3.5” suspension lift and 2” body lift from BC Broncos. Heavy duty shackles with greasable shackle bolts, heavy duty front shock mounts, heavy duty u-bolt kit, track bar riser, new nitrogen filled shocks, all new bushings and body mounts, and CAGE long arms.

  • Heavy duty custom built rock sliders (.25” steel, full wrap)

  • Custom rear bumper with swingout spare tire carrier and high-lift jack mount.

  • Back seat (currently not installed, but as simple as a few bolts)

  • Tuffy lockable metal center console with radio

  • new three point front seat belts

  • Bikini top

  • Too many other new installed to list

  • Boxes of extra parts….

Two things I did want to point out is the tires have some cracking within the tread (see pic). There is no cracking on the sidewalls. Also, the hood on the passenger side has a dent in it like someone closed it with something in the way. At some point, a repair was made with bondo that is cracking (see pic). This is the only bondo I'm aware of on the vehicle.
Again, reach out to me and I'll answer any questions and take any pics. Thanks for looking!!
