1949 Ford Stake Truck F2

For auction a 1949 F2 Ford Stake Truck. This truck is unique in every way. Solid as a rock. Runs nice and very strong. 4-speed transmission with creeper gear and reverse. Rear axle was added for looks but does physically work. It has been upgraded to a 12 volt system. No rust to be found on the truck. The back bed of the truck has been restored to beautiful wood grain and wood metal slats. The upper exhaust pipes are not hooked up but it does have duel exhaust under the truck. Interior is missing the gauge clusters, radio shield and heater shield. This is a very good project truck but remind you it goes down the road very nice and straight. Brakes may need some work. The peddleis a littlesoft.This truck is powered by a more modern302 and a manual transmission.
