Here we go again, another $50 bucks down the tubes due to winning bidder who thought that negotiation of price starts by winning the auction. Sorry, that's not how it works.1967 Mustang Coupe. 289 V8, 2 barrel, single exhaust, original unrestored never wrecked Grandma Coupe. Sold new in Akron Ohio, so it's NOT PERFECT underneath (rusty) but still runs and drives just fine. Nearly perfect original interior, Very rare bench seat, Sprint option with original chrome air cleaner lid, hood turn signals, pop off gas cap, Rocker moulding and deluxe wheel covers. New radiator, new rear springs, brakes done in 2013, car is still on the road and runs and drives just fine. Exterior body had ONE repaint in the late 1970s. Car is driven daily short distances, will drive onto trailer no problem. Original owners manual to the car is still in the glove box and in good condition showing original owners name. I have the Marti report, with the exception of the bench seat and Sprint option, it's nothing special. Just a good running car that's NOT DEAD sitting in the woods with a tree growing up thru it. Could be driven around " as is" condition while fixing up. Do NOT BID on this car expecting to find a show ready pristine car, it's NOT. It a Grandma type garage kept original daily driver. This car is either a good parts car, or something to drive around and fix up as you go along. If you don't have a welder, and don't know how to put in patch panels, this may NOT BE the car for you. Keep that in mind. Front floors have been patched in the past, as well as floor supports and torque boxes completely replaced. Doors open and close perfectly, windows roll up and down as they should, everything works. Car is still quite solid, and drives nicely.
