Description

This car is all custom with an off red and cream paint job which is in great shape. Body started life as a 1926 4 doorTouring car. The rear section was removed, andwas narrowed 8 inches. A new custom back panel was added. The doors both work.A custom made gas tank was also added. All this was put on a shortened1927 Essex's frame, with a Model T rear cross member. The grill is from a 1928 Studebaker that was narrowed and shortened. The front axel is a Dodge double dip with 1940 Ford spindles and brakes. The rear is a 1947 Ford truck open banjo with 1946 car axels and brakes. The trans is open drive from a1947 Ford truck.The engine is a rebuilt 1938 Ford late Flathead with an adapted 1942 distributer. The car rides on 1934 Ford 17" wire wheels. Tail lights are 1932 Ford units, the headlights are from an unknown car but are very cool. This car is RIGHT enough to join THE RACE OF GENTLEMEN.
