Surprisingly unmolested, right down to the original voltage regulator with yellow Autolite paint stamp with part number, and "Paint OK" stamp in engine compartment.

As part of Ford's "See-The-Light" Sale in the spring and summer of 1968, they offered the Mustang Sprint Package, which was essentially a lower cost way to get a GT without the heavy duty suspension or dual exhaust 4v engine.
Sprint package B for V-8 engines only, includes C-shaped side striping, wheel lip moldings, pop-open gas cap, argent painted Styled Steel wheels with E-70 "Wide Oval" whitewall tires and grille-mounted GT fog lamps.

There were fewer Sprint B Mustangs produced than GTs in 1968.
Condition: The car has the usual east coast rust and will need at least front floors and one or more frame rail repairs or replacement, as well as possibly torque boxes and various patches or replacement of other panels. The vinyl top created some rust underneath in a few areas but it looks as if some bead blasting and filler should be sufficient to remedy that area. The engine and driveline appear to be original and never rebuilt, removed, or replaced and would coincide with the relatively low miles. The car looks to have had one repaint over the original paint and you can see faintly the marks from the C stripes. The interior will obviously need restoring as well.

This would be the perfect project for someone with experience in and equipped for replacing floor pans and structural repair such as a body shop or restoration facility.
The car will need to be transported on a flat bed tow truck or trailer as it sits now.
