1990 Ford Mustang LX
Description
I have owned this car for a year and a half. It had only 300 or so miles on a fresh rebuild at that time and I have put around 400 miles on it as a weekend car. I invested in a new starter, new flywheel, new oil pan, new rear main seal, new door lock actuators, new trim around the windows, new power steering pump, etc. when I bought it. The only issue mechanically that I know about is the passenger side mirror motor runs but does not move the mirror. The car is cammed and is one of the best sounding cars that I have owned. Tires and brakes are good all the way around. The car shifts smoothly through the gears, but doesn't want to downshift into third very easily. As far as paint goes, the front driver fender needs paint to match the rest of the car, the hood is painted black with plasti dip and I actually get compliments on it. It has been lowered and has a nice stance and the black wheels are a nice compliment to the dark gray paint. I started touching up some spots in the interior with interior paint from Late Model Restoration (LMR.com). I will include what I have with the sale which is some interior paint and a rivet gun with some misc rivets. The passenger door panel has a brand new moisture barrier installed and that is all. I completed the driver door panel with a new moisture barrier, new sound proofer, re painted it, and added map pocket deletes. I re covered the center piece of the driver door panel with a black piece of microfiber to update it. I have all of the things listed here for the passenger door panel except the piece of microfiber which you can find at your local fabric store. You may need a screw from LMR.com here and there to finish it up. This is not a show car but it is reliable, fun, and needs a new home! Please ask any questions that you may have! Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping, I have bought and sold multiple vehicles on ebay and will work with your shipper!
