Description

I'm selling my 1933 Ford 5 window coupe with an all steel body by Henry Ford! The body is super straight, rust free finished in matte gray. Doors open and close better than a new car. The interior is done old school with red tinted windows and black and white leather. All the gauges are air craft mounted in old taillights with billet bezels. The fire extinguisher is mounted on the dash with billet rings finished with a hand painted Von Dutch eyeball and striping (see in pics). The inside of car is outfitted with a 6 point cage and harness with the seats moved back to make it very comfortable for a larger or taller person to drive.
Fabricated frame /tube chassis by Hot Rod Fabrication. Car is setting on coil overs with a wishbone rear suspension. Ford 9" rear end with a 350 gear, front and rear disc brakes. The car weights 2,824 lbs.
Supercharged 496 Big Block ChevyEntire engine is Blueprinted and internally balanced, 4 bolt main block, 4340 forged steel stroker crank, 4340 h-beam steel rods, JE Forged 8.5 to 1 compression pistons, file fit rings, comp cams 673/673 roller cam & roller lifters, roller timing chain & gears, polished 115 cc rectangular port aluminum heads, Manley stainless steel valves, comp cams springs, ARP 7/16 screw in studs and head bolts, Jomar stud girdles, polished blowershop intake, BDS airlock 871 supercharger, pair of 950 boost reference blower carbs, MSD ignition, funny car style belt guard, dual carb scoop with filters, synchronized and dynoed. Motor makes 851 horsepower @ 6584rpm / 678ftlbs torque.Have all dyno sheets.Motor runs on pump gas.
Transmission is a power glide. 176 1st gear ratio with trans brake, built by Greg Savage. Stall converter by Abruzzi. BM magnum grip pro bandit shifter. Aluminum dynotech drive shaft
Fabricated set of headers, 3" stainless steel exhaust, electric cut outs which cuts the mufflers off still letting the exhaust exit through the 8 exhaust pipes from the back of mufflers. The exhaust on this car is definitely a one off cool feature.
Have 1 set of wheels and tires. Set of pie wide whites slicks for show, MT 10.00/15, front is 26 x 7.50 Hoosier pro street. Have an extra set of rear wheels and tires for the street, 31 x 18.50/15Hoosiers.
The old school theme for the car was a tribute to a local Hot Rod hero that owned and operatedThe Pine Tree gas station and garage in Gariner Main during the late 50's and 60's.The 33 Ford is special with many custom one off accessories/ frame, suspension, exhaust, radiator, steering wheel, horn button, center caps, blower hat, air plane gauges, hand painted old school stickers on the frame, hand painted flying A signs, aluminum chrome polished grill from alumni craft, and has a original greyhound radiator cap and tons more!! I have the complete build book with the car, everything works on this car: gauges, lights, turn signals, horn, electrical cutouts, trans brake, etc....Professional BuiltNo Disappointments
The 33 Ford Coupe is one of the best running, driving, fun cars I have ever owned.
This car is being relisted due to a eBay flake that decided it might be too radical for him!!
