Description

Since 1984 I've been restoring the little early birds and acquired alot of extra parts....My street rod is a 1955 rust free Ford Thunderbird body with some of my extra 1956 /57 parts. It has a 1969 Camero welded sub frame right at the firewall (see pictures). This sub frame offers tilt wheel, front disc brakes, camero suspension and mounting a chevy 350 v8 engine. The drivetrain is a Chevy 350 V8 with a 292 degree cam and a four barrel carburetor. Hydraulic clutch with a four speed Muncie transmission controlled by a competition plus Hurst shifter. The differential is Ford Thunderbird with 15" aluminum slots in back and 14" slots in front. Color is Blackcherry base coat and clear coat. Looks reddish in sun light and dark at night. It comes with a white aftermarket vinyl top which stores behind seat. I did not install new foam in seat. The fenders are fiberglass and note that the louvers on hood are backwards. Very cool & fun car to drive. Reason for selling...at the age to start downsizing and sell off some of my cool toys. Clean Iowa title in hand.
also I will be selling soon ....a 1963 Ford Galaxie convertible project car and my 1957 t-bird. thanks for looking.
