The Restoration is 90% complete. The entire drive line is New from bumper to bumper.351 Cleveland, bored, ported, and polished. Professionally done by a speed shop in Ocala Fl.Battery, starter, voltage regulator, power steering pump, master cylinder, water pump, fuel pump, and 3 core radiator are all New.U-joints, front and rear suspension, ball joints and bushings, front and rear springs and shocks are all New.AOD transmission was built by a transmission shop in Tampa Fl. with heavy a duty pump, heat treated input shaft and cavilar clutches.Ford 9 inch rear end was built by a speed shop in Gainesville Fl. New 3.73 limited slip gears and cavilar clutches. Even the axle bearings were replaced.New Disc brake assemblies on the front axles. Calipers, rotors, and shoes. New brake shoes on the rear axle.New B&M ratchet shifter and cable, MSD ignition system, headers, and dual exhaust. New sending unit in the fuel tank and rubber grummet on the fuel filler tube. New Holley 600 double pumper carburetor.No bondo or rust that I'm aware of. The tail gate does have a dent in it, but it isn't creased and should be able to be pulled out.Back in the day, we used to call this a sleeper car. It looks slow until you push the peddle on the right, then hang on.Most people want a shiny paint job on a car and consider that, job well done. I on the other hand, want it to run great, then leave the paint job to someone else. Besides you might not like the color I choose. The interior still needs work, hooking up the electrical stuff, and the door cards, etc.I've invested over 17 thousand dollars in this project, and countless hours. But just bump the key and she purrs like a kitten.
