1954 ford f100/ f250 Marmon Herrington 4 wheel drive

Description

I have a 1954 Ford F-250 Marmon Herrington 4 wheel drive. All pre 1959 4 wheel drive Fords were conversions and were mostly done by Marmon Herrington. The truck is very solid and complete but of course its a project and needs restoration.Its all original 4 wheel drive components and is functional.The original engine would have been a 239 y-block but it was swapped out for what I believe is a 1960 312 mercury y-block. It still looks original but has much more power than the 239. Fires right up and drives but will need some rewiring and brake work. Also has factory Ford flatbed with the Ford script embossed in the rear panel. Very solid truck that I would love to build but I have too many projects. Message me for any questions.
