This vehicle has a great history and was well known on the East Coast Drag Racing circuit for many years before going to California. The vehicle became caged and began racing in 1963. All of the dash switches and markings are from the 60's. It is street legal in Ky. All of the lights and signals work along with the horn. It has a digital speedometer with a heads up display on the windshield.
Completely fresh drivetrain with less than 1000 Miles. 460 bores 30 over. Balanced and blueprinted by Medina Motorsports in Ohio and professionally assembled. Cobra Jet Crank, JE Pistons, Hydraulic Roller Cam, 532 lift / 288 Duration. Over $1500 spent on the cast heads. 2 Holley 4 - barrels on a dual plane intake. Built C-6 Tranny with 3000 Stall and Reverse Manual Valve Body and trans cooler. . 9 inch ford narrowed rear end with coil overs and 4.57 gears. Strange Axles and spook kit. Old school mechanical fuel pump and an electric both.
Over $30k spent on this car over the last 3 years. Estimated. H.P. 500-550. This could easily go up with different heads and cam. Over $8k spent on the engine as it sits.
Car draws a ton of attention at shows. It has made passes in the past @ low 10's in the quarter. Car has not been raced with current set up, just played with on the street and driven to local shows.
