Description

Let me start off by saying this is a PROJECT TRUCK. Not finished! This '77 crew cab started its rehab as a very solid project. The roof was in great shape, no rusting at the drip rails which is very common on these trucks. Had a few dents, but were straightened and supported. All body work was done by an old school hot rod builder, not an insurance body shop. He fully disassembled the truck, painted and put it back together with all new body mounts, window rubbers and gaskets all around on glass. Back glass is new and tinted. All other glass is in great shape and tinted also. The paint is Ming Blue. Looks almost black in the shade. Very nice. I do have a small amount (pint ?) left over. The frame was sandblasted, holes filled, epoxy primed and rubber undercoated. Sky Jacker 4" lift with Rancho 9000 adj. shocks, and extended brake lines. Front and rear Dana 60 diffs rebuilt with 3.54 gears and Mile Marker hubs. HD front/rear drivelines custom built. Diesel Conversion Specialist motor mounts. I have most parts to finish the P-pump conversion. Will need a lift pump. An NV4500 sits behind the Cummins and NP241 T-case. All removed from a wrecked truck with 140k mi. Sorry I don't have pictures of the interior up. I have both the front and rear seats. New front door panels from Dennis Carpenter, a mismatched rear set of door panels. All the headliner trim is painted blue to match. No headliner, no dash pad, carpet or seat belts. I could go on and on about this truck. My Ram wheels will not be included upon sale. Will put the old steel wheels back on. If you are serious about finishing one of these projects, this truck will save you hundreds of hours to get to this point. Selling because my life has changed and I just don't see myself ever finishing this dream truck. If you have questions about this rare crew cab, and are very serious about it, feel free to text me first at 406-370-4317. Or email me at critterward@gmail.com. Thanks for looking. ChrisSaturday 10-28 . I had a chance to take pictures of the interior. Hope those answer some questions. I have one of the "J" shape floor trim pieces in the rear door sill. This truck has been stored inside since first tear down. New gas tank with sending unit.
