Description

This 1968 Early Bronco runs and drives excellent! NO RESERVE!!!!!!
(I reserve the right to end this auction early due to local sale)
The color of this Bronco is super cool in person!
I believethe color is factory 68' Arcadian Blue.
The 302 V8 starts super easy, idles well and sounds incredible thanks to newer dual Flowmaster exhaust.
There are no oil leaks, and the engine doesn't smoke at all. (see video - visit highlineclassics.com for more pics and video)
The transmission is stock, but we did just install a brand new Tom's Bronco Parts 3 spd Floor Conversion kit.
This makes it shift much better, and eliminates the outdated column shifter.
This Bronco goes down the road straight at 60+ MPH and doesn't seem to wander or have any steering issues. It's super easy to drive, and could be driven daily if you wanted to.
The previous owner installed a painless wiring harness, newer roll cage, 3 point front retractable seat belts, and a rear bench seat and belts. The rear fuel tank also appears to be a newer high capacity model.
Additionally, this Bronco has been updated to have Power Steering! (which works perfectly)
The BFG31X10.50X15 All Terrain Tires have about 85-90% tread, and the wheels and valve stems are brand new!
The lift kit is probably a 2.5-3" lift, and is the more expensive "Progressive Rate" coil lift, which means it rides really well. Shocks appear to be newer also.
All lights and turn signals are in good working condition. The windshield wipers have been upgraded to an expensive brand new electric unit with cover. The wires from the unit to the dash just need hooked up. (very easy - just connect color coded wires)
Inside the Bronco, there is a newer carpet kit, and the inside of the tub has been Rhino Lined.
There is a hole cut for a stereo, but there currently isn't one stalled.
As seen in the pics, there doesn't appear to be any rust! The floors are solid and so are the rockers.
The doors also open and close really nicely...Usually most Bronco's I come across have a little bit of door sag, but not this one. When you open the doors, they don't drop at all.
The body lines are also really good. The hood and grill lines match up exactly like they should.
The top is in good shape, and so are the support bars. The top was recently repainted in black to freshen it up.
The paint age is unknown, but is in good shape. Has a few chips here and there, and isn't $10k show paint, but it cleans up really well and looks great. No orange peel, or anything like that, and no rust bubbles anywhere. If you were to buff the whole Bronco out, I'm sure the shine would increase significantly.
