Description

This station wagon has aa V8 engine, possibly a 315 cubic inch engine with an automatic transmission, manual brakes and steering. It only starts in neutral. The interior dash is in excellent condition, seats still in pretty good condition, but the head liner is now toast.
Recently put $5 K in repairs to the brakes, carb. and some other stuff, but the car runs and drives well. Tires need to be replaced. Lately I've notice the windshield wipers have gotten a little slow.
This Country Sedan was bought brand new by my Step-Dad in 1955. Originally purchased in Fairbanks AL, it traveled with him throughout his life. It went to Anchorage Alaska, Kona Hawaii, Middleton Idaho, and then to Bouse Arizona where it was for 10 years. Now it is in Seattle, WA. Just lowered reserve a bit. 11/10/17.
11/14/17 update: Just added some more photos. Back seat up, better pics of upholstery and engine. I have a video of the engine running and should take one showing that it is not hard to start.

On Nov-15-17 at 12:02:12 PST, seller added the following information:

No rust on the floor panels as I can tell.

Years ago my dad used some of that Rust-Proof stuff on much of the bottom of the car and it had been in Arizona for the last 15 years.

Just came to Seattle and I don't want it to sit outside this winter, so I'm letting it go. I've got too many cars for my garage.

Dropped the reserve to $8,500 so it won't sit outside for long.
