1930 Ford Model A 2 Door Sedan Tudor
Description
1930 Model A Ford Tudor Sedan For Sale Regretfully I am putting the last Model A Ford I will ever have, up for sale. I have owned it twice; once from 1965 through 1969 then I sold it and lost track of it. Found it and bought it again. Car has a clear Wisconsin Title. Here is what was done (Please Look at the pictures): UNDERCARRIAGE: The complete undercarriage has been restored. ENGINE: Engine professionally rebuilt in Illinois; boiled out, &; all new babbitt bearings, mains and rods, balanced rods, reground cam and crank, resurfaced block and head, new pistons and rings, new valves and guides and push rods. Rebuilt Zenith carb, rebuilt water pump, rebuilt distributor, rebuilt starter, new 6 volt alternator, and all these with new correct parts. All new gaskets and seals. Good radiator and shroud. Motometer and wings on the radiator cap, new hoses and clamps. New muffler and clamps. New manifolds. DRIVE LINE: Rebalanced flywheel, rebuilt pressure plate, new clutch plate, rebuilt transmission with all new bearings, rebuilt shifter arm and sliders, rebuilt universal joint, all new bearings in drive shaft and Differential and axles shafts. Differential set up per factory specs. Rebuilt brakes all 4 wheels, new wheel bearings front and back, new brake rods and ends, repaired and filled Houdaille shocks and new linkages. Front and rear springs disassembled, cleaned, new links installed. Steering column and steering box rebuilt with all new bearings, new steering wheel and horn rod and button. Body has been painted about 10 years ago green tint chicle/copra and still looks great. I have a couple gallons of matching paint that go with the car. Hood and the doors also painted. New floor boards. Interior looks great and seats have been in storage and are covered with short mohair. Front bumpers and brackets are new, rear bumpers are in good condition, all new bumper clamps are installed front and back. Roof is like new and has not been sealed nor painted as it doesn't need it. Body stripe and wheels are painted Straw Yellow as per original. There is a nearly new trunk rack mounted on the rear frame with a Ford Script curved back trunk installed. FENDERS AND RUNNING BOARDS: Fenders have yet to be restored. Both of the front fenders are welled and the side mount arms are already mounted on the frame. Rear fenders need light restoration. Running boards are replacement and like new condition as are the splash shields. Car is 90% restored so you can finish it without a lot of work or expense. Car is 99% complete and comes with just about all you will need to finish the project. This would be a great father and son project. When finished this car should be worth about $14,000 to $15,000. The Tudor is a very desirable car as it can be driven in the rain and in cool weather and in the winter and the roadsters and phaetons cannot. Front seat is adjustable for long or short drivers.
