SUMMARY
BODYWORK
Painted by Larry Woodall who has done numerous award winning vehicles. Several body mods, some obvious and some subtle. The factory rear quarter extensions were remade out of sheetmetal then molded in with the rear bumper and tail pan to form a completely custom look. Sequential LED tail lights finish out the rear. A through-the-decklid gas cap accesses the Rick's Tanks custom stainless fuel tank. The rear wheel wells were stretched just a little to accommodate the 295/40 Michelin's. The body is lowered around the frame, giving the car its stance but allowing full suspension travel. The hood was cut into a pattern around the supercharger. No mirrors as strategically placed cameras feed video to the touchscreens.
ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN
A Ford Performance 5.0 DOHC "Coyote" engine is paired with a 2.9 Liter Whipple Supercharger. RAM Dual Disc Clutch pairs with a Tremec 6 Speed transmission out to a 9" Ford rear with 3.89 gears.
CHASSIS/SUSPENSION
This Mustang sports a full chassis provided by Art Morrison. Its their MAX-G series featuring their Sport IFS Narrow Track front suspension and Triangulated 4 link rear suspension. Strange Engineering adjustable shocks all the way around.
INTERIOR
Starting with a custom dash that houses two touchscreen, (1) 10" and (1) 7", all wrapped in top of the line leather. The design carries over to the rest of the interior with custom door panels and seats. Where the back seat bottom wa, now sit custom panels that pop up to reveal electronics, the replacement for the back of the seat area are two JL Audio amplifiers. Each side house a JL 13" subwoofer. The pioneer radio is hidden in the trunk and controlled via the touchscreen.
