This car has been a labor of love for over 3 years. In time all things must come to a end. The car was a running and driving car before it was disassembled and the restoration process began. The wood needed to be replaced and the motor never ran all that good. So it was completely disassembled. The frame and other parts were sand blasted and powered coated. All body panels were dipped and striped of paint and rust then primed with 2 part epoxy paint. The motor was bored .020 over, new pistons, rings, valve seats reground, new valves, adjustable lifter, main and rod bears were all gaped back to spec. The transmission was rebuilt with all new bearings, bushing and Kevlar bands. The magneto mag coil was rebuilt and the magnets were recharged. The wiring is all new and the 4 coils were rebuilt. The front end has all new king pins and all bushings replaced. The rear end had some work to it but it was in good condition before we started on it. The leaf spring as coated with a graphite paint so there will be no squeaking. A new wood kit was ordered and the frame rails and the front half of the car is installed. This is were the love affair stopped. The wood kit will need to completed, body work, interior and new top installed. Car has a clear Wisconsin Title. You will still need 2 tires but I have the rims, new tubes for 4 tires and flaps or rim liners for the car. There are still boxes of parts not shown in the pictures. There is twice as much invested in parts then what I will ever get for the car.
