The Camelot Cruiser RV was manufactured in Skokie Illinois by Edler & Co., founded in 1962. It’s made of steel and is a beast of an RV. The lavish interior is original and definitely one of a kind. Upon entering the coach, you immediately feel like you’ve traveled back in time. Hello, RETRO! It provides unmistakable style and demands your attention. From the adventurous upholstery and long-forgotten color palettes, you’ll find an endless trove of “yesterday's groovy interior design.” Boasting an array of colors; harvest golds, oranges, bright yellows, earthy greens and browns. Playful embellishments are showcased throughout, from shag carpet, wood paneling, rock accent walls, vintage stained glass mount light fixtures, automobile cigarette lighters, vinyl seating, heavy curtain drapes, 70’s-glam gold accents, and complete with eight tracks for entertainment. The only thing missing is a lava lamp!

Opening the door you step up to a wrap-around table surrounded by windows with bright sunny yellow vinyl lounge seating. Perfect for entertaining and meals. The kitchenette ~ gourmet galley features the comforts of a modern kitchen (for the 70's that is). With avocado green appliances, tile backsplash, and counter top. There’s also a roomy pantry.

Step into “The Knights Chamber" where you’ll find a full size bed, a vanity with mirror, and ample closet space for traveling attire. The unique stone work in this room really stands out. The bathroom has his and hers double sinks, sizable counters, and a full size shower appointed with luxury fire glazed tile.

Moving into the formal, yet friendly entertaining area with comfy seating as well as stone and oak accented walls gives it a cozy feeling.

With all of this luxury, one might forget they are on the road. The attention to detail combined with the quality and workmanship is undeniable.

Additional features include, genuine oak cabinets, ornate hardware, an intercom throughout the coach linking the cab and the trailer. There is a heater and it would be very easy to add A/C. The Ford C 900 tractor only has 34k miles. The maker only took it to car/rv shows and on a few trips. This sample was never sold to public and has been stored in the same warehouse for over 20 years. Hence, the remarkable condition for it's age. It runs, drives, and had recent tune up. 390 motor with enlarge heads, 2 tanks, gasoline, 10 gears high and low. All tires are good. All lights works with the exception of the taillights. Everything was working when parked.

This Classic RV was owned by Gas Monkey and its claim to fame was an appearance on the TV Show, Fast n Loud!!
