Aluminum finned blower scoop with matching finned aluminum Cal Custom valve covers. Pro Street harmonic balancer, electronic ignition, aluminum radiator electric fan. Chrome alternator bracket, chrome pulleys TH350 transmission, modified Hurst shifter with custom shift handle. Early 50’s Mercury rear end with rare cast, finned polished aluminum cover. Aluminum fuel tank. Chrome blue metal flake steering wheel. Custom lake headers. Powder coated steelies, with chrome bullet caps and chrome bullet lug nuts. Coker bias ply white walls.
Car sits low, but has never scraped. Car was built by Mark Whitney Mehran at Hot Rod Surf Shop in Southern California. Was owned by rockabilly lead singer Harley from the band Deadbolt. This car has been in magazines if that matters to you.
Car draws a lot of attention. People go nuts when they see this car. Pin up models and photographers always do photo shoots at car shows. Car is a good mix of a 50’s hot rod, salt flat racer, and rat rod. Shoots large naturally aspirated flames at night from the exhaust and draws a crowd at night.. Bright blue LED switches project cool blue light onto shifter and interior of car at night.
