Description

This 1972 Mach 1 was ordered by the Downey Auto Center in Downey CA. and was built on Valentines Day 1972 and according to the Marti Report it is 1 of 243 1972 Mach 1s with the 4E Bright Lime paint and Green Knit Vinyl Bucket seat interior. This is a Solid 95% rust free California Project car with mostly only surface rust, the only rust through that I could find was in the drivers side trunk pan against the light panel. Unfortunately this car has gone through several owners apart awaiting restoration and many parts have been lost along the way including the dash panel with the V.I.N. tag ( it has a replacement V.I.N. tag issued by the state of California. ), and the #'s matching drivetrain and drive shaft, does have the original 9" ( comes with a year correct 351c and C-4 condition unknown ). I have the Deluxe Marti report and it says that this Mach 1 was equipped with Body side Tape Stripes, NOX Emission System, F60X15 Belted Raised White Letter Tires, Power Steering, Power Front Disc Brakes, Air Conditioner-SelectAire, AM Radio, Console, Mach 1 Sports Interior Option, Tinted Glass and Magnum 500 Chrome Wheels. The parts pictured are what come with the car ( also have the original Urethane Front bumper in good condition not pictured ). I have owned this Mach 1 since 2006 with the pink in my name and non-oped. for more info give me a call. John at (559) 920-3703
