Description

INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS BUYERS WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ME AT (76O) 8O5-8038 WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR TO BUY IT NOW! This is just a great example of an early Ford! If you are looking for a time capsule, unmodified Survivor type car, I do not believe anybody will be disappointed with this one. The previous long time owner said that it is a 35,000 mile original car but I have no way of verifying that. It certainly drives like it. It still has the Vote for Roosevelt and Gas Ration stickers on the windows. It is a beautiful 1941 Ford Deluxe two door Business coupe. If you are looking for a Hot Rod with AC and leather, THIS IS NOT IT! It is an older bone stock restoration, not a modified Street Rod by any means. It is a Business coupe not an Opera coupe. It has no back seat. The car has had the same owner for 30+ years and has only been used as a sunny day weekend show car. It was also used for advertising for the Gilmore Car Museum as you can see in the picture in front of the diner. Otherwise, it is stored in a climate controlled garage. The car is all Henry Ford steel, not fiberglass. The body is excellent. It is an older resto that has been enjoyed however so there are some minor chips, scratches, and dings in the Washington Blue paint. Nothing big and you will still be proud to take it to any car show and most likely win a trophy. I just want to be honest and upfront so you are more than happy with your new 41. The floorboards, frame, and trunk are all very solid. It is powered by the stock Flathead V-8 mated to a three speed manual transmission. It starts right up with the push of a button and runs very well. The transmission shifts smoothly. The hydraulic juice brakes are good. Stock exhaust with factory exhaust tips. The interior is good but not brand new. The seat upholstery is older but not ripped or torn. I have a TON of extra parts that are included with the sale, having been collected with the car over the last three decades. The headliner that is in the car currently has a couple of holes and needs to be replaced. I have a new headliner still in the plastic waiting to be installed. I have a new interior door panel kit still new in the plastic, although the current panels are not bad. I have a new wiring harness still new in the box, although it does not need it. All of the gauges work. I have the fender skirts for the rear. I have the original factory radio stored in a box. Extra parking light bezels, extra grill pieces, and other parts still new in the box. The trunk will be full of stuff for you. Wide White Wall tires with factory deluxe hubcaps. Original spare tire in the trunk. The bumpers, chrome, and stainless are in nice condition. The factory windshield wipers work. The glass is good except for the passenger side front window which has a slight crack in it. It still functions fine and still rolls up and down easily.Clean, clear title in hand. It is a nice 41 Ford, not a perfectly restored undriven Concours example so please be realistic with your expectations. I do not think you will find anything better for the money or honestly even for more money. This car will sell this first time advertised! This is a great deal for a cool vintage Classic and I do not think anybody will be disappointed with it. I have a 1932 Roadster and a 1936 Three Window. I need room. Everybody loves this car and it draws a huge crowd everywhere you take it. Inspections are encouraged. The car is located at my family's house in Richland, Michigan outside of Kalamazoo, MI.
I can help with transportation either getting it loaded on a truck or assisting you however I can at the buyer's expense. Inspections are encouraged. $1000 non refundable deposit due at auction end and remaining balance due within three working days. Payment must be in the form of cash in person or via certified bank wire transfer. I do my best to accurately describe the vehicle to the best of my abilities. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are NOT to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The SELLER shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Thanks and good luck!
