1939 Ford NO RESERVE Shop Truck RUNS/DRIVES 81 F350 chassis Hauler NO ROT Patina
Description
1939 Ford Truck Selling at NO RESERVE!!
This a good running and driving 1939 Ford truck on a 1981 F350 Chassis and running gear. ALL FORD!! I have been using it as a hauler to swap meets and to take to car shows and picking up stuff from local hardware store. I have driven on several 100+ mile trips with NO problems! All lights, blinkers and trailer wiring work!! All windows are present and roll up and down and doors open and latch as they should! Front window flips out like it should. Passenger side glass has a crack.
Truck is VERY solid with NO ROT. Has ORIGINAL paint with old stenciled lettering. GREAT PATINA. Is NOT clear coated, it was raining when I took pictures!!
I have a clear Texas Title in my name. It is titled as a 1939!!
It has a NEWLY rebuilt 400 small block engine with new pressure plate, clutch, throw out bearing. It is a standard shift 4 speed with granny low. All new hoses, thermostat, gasket and cooled by a new aluminum radiator. It also has a new gas tank. Wiring harness is all from the F350 as well as all the other parts. I did switch out the 16.5 rear wheels to 16's so easier and cheaper to find rear tires. I do still have the 16.5's if wanted. The "Forward Roosevelt" campaign plate, topper and Texas Cattle raisers sign will NOT be included unless winning bidder wants to purchase them. It has a triple gauge pod that works great and speedometer is present but not hooked up. I have noticed it has a developed a leak at pinion seal and the brake booster seems weak but other than that it is a GREAT truck. Truck gets a TON of attention and does VERY well at car shows!! Please ZOOM in on ALL 24 pictures to determine condition for yourself.
I CAN DELIVER THE TRUCK FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE!!
