1950 Ford F-3 Pickup Truck 47' Flathead V8 runs drives 1 TON?

I am selling this truck for an older friend of mine who has had personal issues in finishing this truck. I learned what i could about it but some stuff is unknown and ill do my best to list everything i can as honest as i can. With that said thee only thing i feel i need to put out there that i know of is that there is a small paint lifting on top of the cab as pictured. It will need to be addressed. Truck has sat for a little over a year because of personal issues. Ok here is the 411 info;

1947 flathead v8 motor original never been rebuilt runs good
truck was sandblasted and repainted.
Not total frame off but close
Bed still needs to be finished as well as box and tailgate painted and mounted. No mounts for the tailgate that i could find.
Oem truck : Cab box running gear Drive train gas tank transmission steering front bumper oil bath air cleaner
we have the running boards which have been sandblasted no rust... but when i took the photos i was informed they are OEM and not painted yet but in good shape in storage. We are making arrangements to get them in near days.
It has no exhaust yet needs a few things in interior but most of it is brand new or redone including paint reupholstered seat brand new glass all around and seals and wipers new brake shoes u joints new dash gauges and brand new wiring harness and more
Brand new door handles still in box chrome
Has Oem heater and a second one as well as oem mirrors and other parts.
90% done truck but missing a few small pieces like tail lights and turn signal lenses
Also the rear wheels are 17" Oem and 16" fronts. Owner says he has all 5 of the Oem 17" wheels that go with it but need to be cleaned up.

we have the running boards and the bed rails. Ebay won't let me upload anymore pics but i have photos of them. Primered and even have the cans of paint that was used on the truck to get codes if needed.
