1962 THUNDERBIRD CONVERTIBLE BODY! ** NO RESERVE ** PARTIAL ROTISSERIE RESTORED!

THIS IS A "NO RESERVE" AUCTION!!!

There has been several thousand dollars worth of body work already done on this body!

This 1962 Thunderbird convertible body belonged to a man who had a dream of building a show quality T- bird Roadster but never achieved his goal. He started working on it 20 years ago by stripping the body and repairing any rusted or damaged areas with new metal. The body was put on a rotisserie and the trunk and floors were repaired with new metal welded in and the entire under-body and firewall was then painted gloss black. Some panels still need finishing, but all metal is solid and rust free. The doors, trunk lid & flipper, left front fender and hood have been painted black but nicks and scuffs have been acquired over the years.

The rear axel and springs were reinstalled and the steering box and steering column are in place so it can be moved and steered. However, there is no other hardware, hinges, wiring, glass, interior,brake or drivetrain components included. The hood, trunk lid, flipper and doors were set in place for the photos but are not attached.

The VIN numbers were obscured in two locations but are still present and legible in a third so the car may be titled. The original factory gate release accompanies the body which was originally red with a black interior. The body is being sold on a bill of sale with no current registration or title.

It is located in Northern Wisconsin and transportation is the buyers responsibility. However, I may be able to deliver in an enclosed trailer for an agreed upon fee.
