All original 239 cu. in. V-8 with rebuilt 3- speed transmission and overdrive

New Carter electric fuel pump

All new Ron Francis wiring

Ford Script Optima 6 volt battery

All gauges, clock, heater and AM radio in working order

Rebuilt speedometer

Front end rebuilt including steering box and 4 new shocks

Excellent working top with rear glass window

All glass good condition (some original Ford) with the exception of slight delamination on wing windows

Interior redone in original red and black vinyl including door panels. Overall very good condition including top boot

Rare factory accessory wheel trim rings, gas door guard and stainless front fender gravel shields

Dual exhaust with new glass pack mufflers

Possible original paint or single respray many years ago. Paint overall in good condition with some blemishes, minor chips and scratches.

I have owned this Convertible for 13 years and car has been in California for at least the last 30 years
