Description

1968 LTD
Station Wagon
awesome 60s classic
(and it has a clutch !)

LOW LOW RESERVE
This is a cool car you would probably want to take
apart somewhat, and restore it. But its a running
driving vehicle at the moment, starts and runs pretty
well actually. Just not yet a driver.

We suggest viewing our auction on normal large monitors
and or tablet to get the most out of our large easy to view pics. Id prefer NO PAYPAL to be honest. Email me first before
you bid if thats your only option. We bank with BofA
which is easy for most buyers.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: TOTAL SURVIVOR
and by that I mean, its not been modded its
whole life and has about 100k miles on it. Its also
been in Az most of its life. Evidence of one repaint
at least over the yrs, but no real signs of previous
major damage or any rot repair ever needed.
Factory 289 2v with a manual 3 on the tree.
PS PB and AC too with fold down back seat.
We currently have it running off a small container
of fresh gas under the hood with the stock mechanical
fuel pump. It starts with the key and sits there
and idles. Ive driven it around, but the brakes are
a little hard, but it stops and the clutch chatters
pretty hard when going into gear. Ive taken it around
the block a few times. Tires are OLD and mismatched
just okay enough to move it around.
I may have a set of 14" Magnum 400s I could put
some used tires on them for a nicer look outside.
Would cost a little extra.

Check out the pics and more info below...thanks

DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND, apparently some people
who use ebay arent smart enough to understand the rules.
So if you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to
make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid.
Up for Auction: LOW FAIR RESERVE !!!
These cars are getting harder to find esp in this condition
that are still affordable to most buyers.
WANNA BUY IT NOW ? SURE, shoot me a fair offer

DRIVETRAIN: the factory V8 cranks fine with the key,
and starts up all the time. Compression is fine. Fuel pump works
too. Tires are old too. Brakes seem to work
but prob need to be bled. Keep in mind its sat for about 18
yrs or more. Motor does have a leaky freeze plug under the
dr side exhaust manifold, so water wont stay fully in it for
long. Long enough to move it around the yard and onto a
car hauler, yes. Exhaust leak I can hear on the pass side too.
Factory AC, PS PB too. AC blower blows, but not cold.

INTERIOR: take a look, Az has done a great job drying out
all the interior etc. The floors are in great shape as is most
of the original sheetmetal on the car.
Outter rockers and lower rear quarters and front fenders look
okay. Factory radio in dash, and lots of chrome inside actually
in really nice shape, little to no pitting. Rear seat folds down too.
Gauges are hard to se, the plastic lens is weathered. I may
be able to polish it up some. Very solid car under the carpets and
very rot free. Mostly all surface rust under the car.

EXTERIOR:the body amazingly straight for its age, the
car has No bondo I can see under the re paint. Chrome not in too bad of shape either. Doors all open and close fine except I
Dont have the key for the doors or tailgate. I may try to get one
made. But Ive not open the tailgate yet. Ive tried rolling down the
rear glass but its not working.
Also, RR most rear flat side glass is missing ! Rest of the
glass is okay and accounted for. The factory HIDE A WAY headlights
totally work as they should off the factory HL switch !!
Sometimes referred to as a Long roof :)

SUSPENSION:the suspension looks normal and very original
for its age. Its not restored, but probably be okay with a little
resto on the bushings etc. Its been sitting a while, but with a
little money and time, would be a great car to take out to the
next cruise nite ! (with some work done first of course)

Check out ALL the pics below ----->

it may take a full minute for them all to load ifyou have a
slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll
bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.
more infoAFTER the pics etc. There are 100 large pics.

There you have it, probably The BEST represented Wagons on Ebay.

Shows you all the good as well as any bad, hope you appreciate them.
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars and it shows.
People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale
and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks on end.
Having as much as the original steel on a restored car these days
speaks volumes.
Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what sort
of surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.

Email us with ANY questions before you bid please
Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as
much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions withlittle to no pics try to fool you.
If they cant take the time to take pics of areas under the car they
are selling, maybe its not the best car to buy long distance.
With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect
until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER
with great pics to help making your decision easier.
Along with ANY other questions you may have.
Email me for a quote for shipping.
