1978 Ford F-150 looks like a real solid original truck. It is located in Kingman Arizona right off Route 66. ZIP code 86409I included pics of the VIN so you can decode if you want to.I think it has a 351 with a manual transmission. Looks like Nodular 9 inch rear end. It has a big N on third member housing.
It has factory Air conditioningPower steering and brakes.
Old vehicles are hard to describe please look close at pictures. This could be a driver or a solid restoration project.
We are in Arizona so before driving it I would change any thing that can dry out, such as, belts, hoses, tires etc.
This is a solid Arizona truck. The only rust is on the floor pan you can see pic of underneath. The bed has some surface rust because they had a plastic bed liner. I took it out, but still have it if you want. The truck runs and drives like an old truck, it could probably use a carb rebuild. It probably has some old gas and could use tune up.The motor sounds good, no smoke or noises. This is a project truckAll vehicles sold as-isAny cancelled bids may void auction

I have had a question on which 351 it is.

I was told it is a 351 Cleveland. It has 8 bolt valve covers, the dipstick goes into the block, the fuel pump bolts are top and bottom.
I was also asked what rear end gear ratio it had.
This I don't know, i didn't see a tag on the third member.
