1956 Ford two door hardtop
Description
1956 Ford two door hardtop. Obviously will need a complete restoration. The frame on the car is excellent. The front cross member under the core support is very good which is unusual on these cars. All body mounts are in great shape. All floors and trunk pan are very good. As can be seen in the pictures the rockers and rear quarters will nee to be replaced. Why is this, I'm not sure. The car came off the west coats and must have spent some time on the beach. I'm guessing that wet sand got into those areas which caused the rust. The rest of the car is very solid. Note: included with the car are replacement quarter patch panels and rocker panels for both sides. There is no transmission but the car came with an automatic. The pedal assembly needed to convert the car to standard goes with the car. The engine is just sitting there and is not bolted in. Hay that's the way I got it. I know nothing about the engine. I'm pretty sure though not positive this is not the motor that came with the car. if you don't want the motor I'll remove it before you pick up the car. I have most of the major parts not on the car including the grill halves, front parking lights and bumpers. The bumpers are core quality only although they are not all bent up. All glass with exception of the drives side door glass is in very good condition. I have a clear Arizona title in my name. I would like a five hundred dollar deposit at the time of purchase through pay pal. The balance to be paid in cash or bank transfer. All funds must clear before the leaves the premises. I will make sure all tires are up and the car is rolling when it is picked up.The car is sold as is where is and all shipping arrangements are to be made by the buyer. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me through e-bay
I forgot to mention that I have the side stainless trim which is so nice it appears as it may have been restored.
